Where are your products made?
All FTP & Chill products are made to order and fulfilled by, our Australian print partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Australia, the USA, UK, Canada and New Zealand.
How long does production take?
Because each item is made to order, production and delivery typically takes:
- 5–15 business days for most apparel
- Slightly longer during peak periods (such as holidays or major sales)
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and local courier services.
Australia
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after production
US, UK and Canada
Estimated delivery times are 2-4 weeks. We use DHL.
These are estimates only. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are outside our control.
Will my order come from Melbourne?
Yes
How much is shipping?
Australia is $9.50, but free delivery for orders over $100
International delivery is $19.50
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or misprinted, we’ll make it right.
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Are prices shown in my local currency?
Yes. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to your country’s requirements.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
This depends on your country and order value.
- Australia & USA: Orders are typically delivered without additional duties
- UK & Canada: Import taxes or VAT may apply in some cases
Any applicable customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
