FTP & Chill products are made to order and shipped via our fulfillment partner's fulfilment network. Below is how production, shipping estimates, tracking, and customs work.
Made to order (fulfilment time)
All items are made to order. Our fulfillment partner's average fulfilment time is 2–5 business days, before your order ships. Fulfilment time doesn’t include shipping time.
Estimated delivery time is generally calculated as:
estimated fulfilment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery.
Estimated shipping times (after fulfilment)
Shipping times vary by destination and courier. These are shipping-only estimates (add fulfilment time above):
- United States: 3–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- Australia: 3–20 business days
Note: these are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. Your final shipping total will be shown before you pay.
Our fulfillment partner's also publishes standard shipping rates by product category and region (for example, tees and hoodies).
Will my order ship in multiple packages?
Possibly. If your order contains items that are fulfilled in different locations, our fulfillment partner may ship them separately. Multiple shipments can increase total shipping cost compared to a single shipment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
Customs, duties & import taxes
If your order is shipped from a facility in a different region than the delivery destination, you may need to pay customs/handling fees upon delivery. These fees vary by country and order value.
We do our best to have orders fulfilled as close to your delivery location as possible, but this can depend on product availability and fulfilment location.
My order is late — what should I do?
- Allow an extra day or two — courier delays can happen.
- If it’s still not arrived, email us at hello@ftpandchill.com with your order number and we’ll help you investigate.

Wrong address or need to change something?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@ftpandchill.com. If an order is already in production or has shipped, changes may not be possible.
Lost or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us and include your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll work with Printful to help resolve it.
